These unfinished shelves are treated with one coat of water based laquer to act as a primer for a natural finish. You can paint the shelves to your own colour scheme very simply and very easily whilst unassembled. There could be many options, by painting only the sides or applying stencils and paint effects - you decide. Supplied with all fittings and full assembly instructions.
